Subscriptions are for the 12 months August 1st to July 31st the following year. However, people joining Pirates for the first time after January will generally have their membership valid until July the following year (i.e. up to 19 months). Extending membership in this way for lapsed members who subsequently rejoin is at the discretion of the membership secretary.

As a fully paid-up member of Pirates, you can perform on-stage in Pirates shows and vote in our AGM and get access to the members' area.

Single membership: this is the full-price membership for an individual adult member of Pirates.

Family membership: two or more Pirates members in the same family or household can share a family membership. This form of membership is more economical for families comprising at least two adults, or one adult and two children/students. If none of your family members belong to Pirates, then please subscribe to a 'single' membership!

Student membership: school-age children and full-time students are eligible for the student fee.
